How fast you lose weight after pregnancy will depend on a number of factors, including the amount of weight you gained during your pregnancy. There’s little that looks as good on most as a really nice Italian men’s suit. That’s not just my opinion, but that of many of my friends, family and business acquaintances.

Several years ago, I was in search of that perfect Italian men’s suit. I’m not necessarily a fashion designer, so I requested the help of my wife, knowing that she would give an honest opinion whenever she felt needed. Thankfully, she didn’t disappoint. The exact moment I stepped out of the dressing room after several changes, my wife immediately noticed the winner saying, “Buy that one, now!”

Since that day, I have always felt very confident in that suit. Every time I wear it I get compliments from just about everyone I meet. I feel as if I do better business in that suit. And the thing is, it was just an off the rack suit from a lesser Italian designer, but it has the look and style that says, “Armani”.

The easiest way to have a successful party is arm your guests with sharp pointy forks and have them coat all kinds of foods with chocolate.  Everyone loves chocolate so why not give them what they want?  And a chocolate fondue fountain is a great additional to any party.

Serving chocolate fondue is a regular fondue pot is great for a cozy treat for a few close friends but it doesn’t cut it at larger events.  That’s why the chocolate fondue fountains have become popular.  The chocolate keeps flowing and people keep dunking their favorite snacks into it.  Fruits like bananas, apples and strawberries usually go first.  Then before you know it, everything is being coated with chocolate.  Cakes, potato chips, pretzels, you name it and people will let the chocolate cover it.

Confused by the title? Don’t be, I’ll explain, you’ll get it. I want to consider why the best moisturizer isn’t a moisturizer at all, and give you 4 steps to great looking well moisturized skin.

There’s one way to have well moisturized great looking skin that doesn’t sag or feel dry, looks great, has few wrinkles and makes you feel great. It’s to have healthy skin. If your skin isn’t healthy skin no amount of using the best face moisturizer there is will make it like that.

I’ll repeat that. The way to well moisturized skin is to make sure your skin is healthy. Healthy skin is well moisturized skin just because, being healthy, it keeps itself moisturized. That’s just common sense. After all, babies have healthy well moisturized skin but don’t use moisturizers.

It is unfortunate however some people who are addicted to alcohol dont find help until it becomes too late and their health is at risk. Typically they don’t recognize they have a problem until its too late. Those who suffer the most are the people directly related to the alcoholic, the family. It is human nature to learn through other peoples tragedies, usually we recognize something in our life through what we see in others; it is because of this theory that I want to share a story with you.

Bill Kenny woke up one morning to find his 50 year old wife passed out in their bed. She didn’t have cancer or heart disease but was severely depressed as her children had recently moved away and she felt lonely and worthless.

Like many men, David was not a very good listener. Unfortunately he never recognized the fact that his wife was severly depressed and, in fact, had distanced himself from her. Because of these feelings Mrs Jones attempted to find comfort elsewhere, namely alcohol.
