I Want t To Improve My Personal Life


  • All of us wants and longs for a better – and positive personal life experience, doesn’t we? We could improve our life if we could change our habit, that’s a fact. Let me explain….

    We could experience dramatic change in our life – only if we let go our old (something that you don’t like) habit. For some of us it is hard to change, yet if you take steps to determine ways to change you will find positive observations.

    Most people, whether knowingly or unknowingly brought up cheating themself and others. It happens all the time. This matters occurs because we are engrossed by a world filled with opinions, doctrine, possibilities, misgiving, guesses, finales, political agenda and other evil . You have to learn how to find your own truth before you can better your life.

    What are some of the things I can do to change my bad ways to good ways? This is going to be completely up to you. We can only offer you helpful tips, but it takes you to try out new tactics that helps you to develop. No one can change you, but you. when your ready to do this you can do this with out any ones help. You can learn to build the inner gifts you have within you. The qualities you have include self-esteem, confidence, trust, self-awareness, self-motivation and so on. each quality you can build to better your personal and private  life. You have to figure out what works and what doesn’t work for you.  Are you getting better or worse? We could figure out what really needs to be done to to improve your personal life.

    You need tofind outwhat makes you do things that are not against your will. So you decide if you still want to hang out with friends you are hanging at the moment or maybe you should find some one else to hang with. Maybe you want to spend time with people from a support group, from your church, from your local community or anywhere where you can find help to help you find ways to change your habits. The thing that you have to do however, is to stop lying to yourself. You have to learn how to make sound judgments and good decisions by assessing the consequences of what you are to do.

    It is easier than you believe. For instance, would you allow a drunk person drive you home? If you would then you made a bad decision that could cost your life, or have you tossed in jail. If you are sober, why not drive the drunk person home.

    Positive reflections include friends and family. If your family members are dragging you down, or your friends are holding you back, you have to make a choice. The choice may include removing these people from our life. We can all live productively and happy without family and friends if need be, but one thing you don’t want is someone holding you back.

    To grow different skills that guide you to remove bad habits, try using your conscious mind. When you observe, listen and hear the things around you, you learn more than you would reading a book. Observation is the key to achieve changes towards having a positive habit. Observation and reflections are the only means we could use to change about this habit. Do not self judge but rather look things in a positive perspective.

    Some of the habits that we wish we could change – for a better :

    1) Smoking :  It is one of the major cause of health problem and – in some cases, family break-ups. Smoking is not good for you and for those around you. If you can quite on your own will, it would be great. Otherwise, you need help of a professional to get rid of this habit.

    2) Drinking : Do you drink excessively? Do you know the side effects of it? It could cause financial problem – many of them learn about it too late. If you are willing to learn more, you can check out the internet and learn more about the disadvantages and negative aspects alcohol can do to your marital life – and personal life.

    3) Drugs : Drug dependency normally leads to brain disease and disorder. If you are hook to it now, think about your family and your child’s future. Your decison today could change life of your next generation – think about it.
